You will get to meet old friends and acquaintances as you try to piece together the mystery behind what happened to your once dear friend. You will get to experience her story and join her as she conducts a personal investigation surrounding the mysteries of the tragic fate that has befallen her estranged best friend. You play as Sara, an aspiring writer who returns home after being away for 10 years. HOW WE KNOW WE'RE ALIVE is set in Härunga, a small industrial town in the bible belt of the mid-north Sweden.
